Carrie and Dennis tied the knot in intimate fashion at Beecher’s Loft at Pike Place Market. Beecher’s loft is a new wedding venue, and one of my favorite new locations for small intimate weddings. Carrie was such a lovely bride to work with. She really went all out on putting together a beautifully decorated wedding that perfectly fit them, and the space. There is nothing better to me than a couple that is so emotional and emotive on their wedding day. Carrie and Dennis were so comfortable with each other, and it really shows in their pictures. We started out the day with hair and make up by Yessie Libby at the Inn at the Market. The roof of the hotel was a perfect place to capture the first sight. From there we headed down and mingled with the masses at Pike Place Market. Getting back to Beecher’s loft we were treated to classical guitar playing in the background with beautiful decorations and table settings. After the ceremony was an awesome five course dinner prepared by an in-house chef, who just happened to be a family friend. It was like going to a really fancy family dinner. We wrapped up the night by taking a stroll down to the market one last time to capture some images in the now deserted market. Natasha and I really had a wonderful time photographing such a wonderful couple.

Post Alley just calls for a little “edgy photo”
Carrie and Dennis had purchase all of the food for their wedding from the market earlier that day. We needed to recreate it!
I actually love a good jogger running through my frame.
The room at Beecher’s loft is big enough to accommodate a casually seated ceremony.
This shot is so stereo-typically cute. I love it.
Lots of details coming your way!
Saw the sun setting over the market onto these bricks and just had to grab the couple.
In a couple years the Alaskan Way Viaduct won’t be here anymore.
The market is almost eerie when empty. But Beautiful none-the-less. Fix those Letters! Come on, ruined my shot 🙂
