I truly enjoyed this engagement shoot down on the shores of Lake Union. South Lake Union’s park has been transformed over the last few years, it may become one of my favorite new shooting areas. I love the mood created by the old center for wooden boats, the reflection pool, and the beauty of our city all around. I know Keri and Jason from one of the magazines I shoot for and have been really excited to get them out in front of my camera. 
I loved the light bouncing around off the building and the parasols in the background. 
Fun moment. 
This reflection pool was cute. Its also used to sail toy boats on. 
After the South Lake union Park we hit up The seattle sculpture park next. Also one of my favorite places to shoot due to the diversity of backdrops. Where else can you get such a variety of backdrops. 
Oh yeah, they have a little cutey. Puppy love. 
It just so happened to be the duck dodge and the lake was covered in boats. I love Seattle traditions like this. 
Canada geese! 
Some of these old wooden boats were on display. Really beautiful. 
I have been to the sculpture park so many times, but have never bothered to check out this overpass. I like the unique perspective and the focus fall off of the shot. 
Love this one. 
Got to have a Seattle Waves photo. Apparently they have replaced the usual security guard for a loudspeaker and webcam. We got yelled at for touching the sculptures! Technology is so “cool”
We found these chairs like this. I guarantee someone else had just been there taking photos. 
More puppy love.
