I feel very lucky to have struck up a good relationship with Seattle Pacific University. They thought of me for shooting some of their student orientation publicity photos. Working with students is super fun except for the fact that it makes me feel older and older. Whatever, I’m still pretty rad, hip, and cool all at the same time. The goal was to bring across the students passions, hobbies, and personalities. I think we accomplished that pretty well. I really enjoy working on the white seamless paper as its gives a look that is unlike anything else. It is also versatile depending on how you light it. This student’s mom works in the communication department. So cute.I’ve shot this guy before, and he’s a riot. He is working on clothing design, hence the cape. Plus who doesn’t like coffee. First student I shot. Really fun, and easy to work with. Love’s to read. Traveler. Here’s a shot on the same backdrop simply turning off the background light. Completely different look to the image. Looking forward to getting the wedding season rolling here. That being said if anyone needs some professional portraits give me a holler!
