Seattle Wedding Photographer: John Crozier
Couple: Andrea and Jonathan
Venue: The Fields at Willie Green’s
The Fields at Willie Green’s was the absolute perfect venue for Jon and Andrea’s DIY wedding. It was so good to get these two in front of my camera again. After doing their engagement session last spring. I loved so many things about this day. To start I loved Andrea’s dress, it was perfect for her. I love all of their DIY touches. Andrea went thrift shopping for countless tea cups and tea pots which got used for makeshift vases. Andrea also made all of the signs, and table place cards. The use of lace was present throughout the wedding, including lace curtains used as a ceremony backdrop. This wedding took place at The Fields at Willie Green’s which I have never shot at before. The venue was a perfect fit for the aesthetic Andrea and Jon created. From farm tables, to doilies, to the tea cup theme, it had a really cozy feel. Late in the evening I got to take Jon and Andrea on a stroll through the organic Kale fields, which was a first for me. Who knew Kale could look so good. To top things off the couple had put together a s’more bar to take advantage of The Fields at Willie Green’s fire pit. Here are a few of my favorite images. The flowers were done by En Fleur Floral and Event Design. They were amazing. I loved the gold on gold of the ring and this tea cup. The getting ready rooms are inside of this rustic barn. A favorite portrait of AndreaCutest flower girl I have ever seen. I wanted to pose the couple without the bouquet and put it on this stump. I liked it so much I had to grab this shot. This was during the playing of a recording Jon’s Grandma had made for them. Simply magical lighting streaming in for their first dance. KALE!A romantic stroll I may have snatched a Reese’s.
